How long does shipping take?

• Most items ship out between 7-10 business days. Remember that most items are custom so plan accordingly if you need it for a special occasion. As always, you can email us: info@dirtyego.com

How do I track my order?

• Once your order has been shipped we will email you with the tracking information.

Can I return my order?

• Yes, within 5 business days. However, we only do adjustments on custom garments if possible. Orders can be returned to the return address on the package.

Returns

• DirtyEgo does not accept returns on products DirtyEgo.com after 5 days of receipt. 
• Swimwear is not returnable
• Custom items can only be returned for adjustments, not refunds.

Shipping & Delivery

• All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping on custom items. 
  
• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are processed the following business day. 
• Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and distance.
